I liked the set with that antique bed, the dark lighting and Eden's "costume" consisting of that beautiful white blouse, conservative skirt and sexy retro stockings.

Those medical-looking clamps used added to the realistic feel of the set as well as the awesome way they exposed Natali's pretty pussy. They also show up in the photos to torture the patient's tantalizing tongue.
